Faculty Research Report 

In the fall of 2023, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), together with the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and the Society for Experiential Education (SEE), launched an insightful survey focused on faculty involvement in students' career preparation and development. This comprehensive survey sought to gauge how faculty members incorporate career development into their courses, including sharing valuable resources, facilitating connections to experiential learning opportunities, and enhancing students' professional growth overall.

Special attention was given to classroom learning and the integration of campus resources such as career centers and experiential learning units. Reaching out across all member organizations, we received responses from 6,880 faculty members through various channels, including emails, social media, and virtual meetings.
