Hi Rosario, your revenue generation models should be aligned with your overall institutional fundraising strategy. Do you have, for example, a DO - Development Officer for your unit/college/division? Or you could reach out to your university's corporate and foundation relations office to identify some private grants that may match your goals.

Dear colleagues,

What revenue generation initiatives does your experiential department or center use to increase budget flexibility? Beyond grants and endowments, many of us may be engaged in sales such as honor cords for those who engage in service-learning or experiential milestones. I’m interested in your suggestions and additional revenue generation ideas. I'm also willing to compile the responses of our network into a chart or table (if feasible) as a resource.
