The mission of the NSEE is to cultivate educators who effectively use experiential education as an integral part of personal, professional, civic and global learning.

NSEE’s Professional Development Committee will host FREE webinars on hot topics in this coming year. These are available to all members and non-members. We hope you will be able to join us!

Title: Using Digital Forums for Reflection

Webinar Description: EbL Assessment Pilots & Case Studies: As RMU’s experience-based learning (EbL) initiatives grow in effort to meet the university's long-range plan goal of becoming the Midwest’s leader in experience-based learning by 2020, one of the current challenges is identifying, coordinating, and piloting opportunities to assess experiential learning through both qualitative and quantitative measures. In his project, Mick works to develop and pilot opportunities in his own courses that can serve as templates to increase EbL data collection institutionally.  The webinar includes ideas and best practices that faculty could put to use immediately in their classes.
